By accessing or using AutoDrom (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and must provide accurate information.

3. Listings and user content

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including vehicle listings, parts, reviews, and messages. You represent that you have the right to sell items you list and that your content is accurate and lawful.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, at our discretion.

4. Transactions between users

AutoDrom is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users, do not take title to vehicles or parts, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Inspect vehicles and verify details before purchasing.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings; harass other users; scrape or misuse the Platform; circumvent fees; or interfere with the Platform’s operation or security.

6. Fees and paid features

Some features (such as promoted listings or partner subscriptions) may require payment. Applicable fees and terms will be disclosed before purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDrom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes between users.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
